General Definitions
Betting Company: Refers to the 1win website (hereinafter referred to as the Internet Resource), an online platform that allows users to place bets on sporting events.
Affiliate Program: A marketing strategy employed by the Company to attract new visitors to its Internet Resource. The Company provides participants with promotional links, banners, and text materials and compensates them with a percentage of the revenue generated from customers who are referred through the Affiliate’s promotion efforts.
Affiliate: A webmaster (individual or legal entity) who complies with the terms of the Company’s Affiliate Program at http://1win.run and drives new users to the Company’s Internet Resource, thereby promoting the Company’s products.
Players: Customers who have registered on the betting company’s website through an Affiliate’s referral link.
Revenue: The commission earned by the Affiliate, which is a share of the profits generated by the players they referred.
Payout: The transfer of the Affiliate’s earned revenue from their internal account in the Affiliate Program to an external payment method.
Promotional Materials: A collection of marketing tools provided to Affiliates to promote 1win’s products online.
General Provisions
The Affiliate must review and accept the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program before participating.
Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate in the Affiliate Program.
The Affiliate is responsible for keeping their personal information, including login credentials, secure. The Company will not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of this information.
Use of Intellectual Property:
Affiliates are forbidden from copying the appearance or content of the Company’s websites, trademarks, or brand names.
The use of the Company’s logos, graphics, or marketing materials is only permitted with the Company’s consent, except for materials provided within the Affiliate Program.
Affiliates are prohibited from using the Company’s name or brands to register new domains, websites, or apps.
Affiliates cannot use the Company’s trademarks or brand names as keywords or meta tags in search engines.
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of the Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the Affiliate Program website.
Affiliates are provided with promotional graphics, although accompanying text may be omitted. Affiliates can freely use the content available on the website.
The use of spam, contextual advertising, or traffic that exploits the Company’s brand for promotion is prohibited. Violation may result in the termination and blocking of the Affiliate’s account.
Cookie Stuffing Prohibited: Affiliates may not use tactics like opening the 1win website in an invisible iframe or using cookie scripts.
The Company may request information about the Affiliate’s traffic sources at any time. Failure to provide such information may result in termination of the partnership.
Affiliates are limited to one account in the Affiliate Program. Multiple accounts or sub-affiliate registrations are prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from the Company.
Affiliates are not allowed to register player accounts using their own referral links or promo codes.
The Affiliate rate may be reduced to the initial rate of 50% if the Affiliate ceases to display promotional materials.
The Company reserves the right to withhold payments if it suspects a violation of the Agreement. Payouts may be paused until the issue is resolved.
Aggressive or offensive communication with Company employees is strictly forbidden. Violations may result in the termination of the Affiliate’s account.
Information shared during communication with the Company’s administration is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties.
Affiliates may not use images, videos, or photos of Company ambassadors, including public figures, in promotional materials.
CPA Model Terms:
Affiliates must contact the Affiliate Program manager to activate the CPA model.
At least 10 First Deposits (FDs) are required to receive a payout under the CPA model.
Players who are already customers of 1win are not counted under the CPA model.
The Company’s branded services under “1win” and “onewin” are restricted in certain countries. Users from restricted regions will be informed of these limitations.
Referral Fee
The Affiliate’s revenue is variable, based on the betting company’s net profit generated by players referred by the Affiliate. The Affiliate rate starts at 50% and may change at the Company’s discretion.
Payment of Fees
Fees are paid every Tuesday, provided the Affiliate has referred at least 10 active customers who deposited a minimum of ₽5,000 or $/€70. If these conditions are not met, payments are held until the criteria are fulfilled.
Dispute Resolution
Affiliates can raise disputes by submitting written complaints to the Company’s support email ([email protected]). Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days. Use of offensive language or false information in complaints is strictly prohibited.
